Eh, there are other options which I'll be pursuing over the next couple weeks.

The Denver position is also interesting since it's an evening shift position (which is the shift I'd like to work hours-wise but don't work it here because the personnel suck ****). However, they might still be bitter about me turning them down in '08 (they wouldn't offer relocation reimbursement to me, so I declined their offer). I just don't know if I want to endure the application/interview/speculation again - being asked repeatedly by coworkers what's going on with a job I applied for over a period of several weeks takes a severe toll.

Today is little g's birthday! He is now 5 years old. Wow, does time fly.

This day is always bitter sweet for me. So many emotions surface both good and bad but in the end it is all good.

The job opening was pointed out to me by a co-worker from the evening shift who works part-time at the other hospital. She made mention of it to others as well, so in a matter of days, most people in the lab (all shifts) knew about it.

With this Denver posting, even if I end up applying for the position, I am not going to say a single word about it to anyone in the lab (other than to the people I need to use as my references, and I will request that they keep quiet because I don't want a repeat of the last six weeks of bull**** from people on all shifts).

Taking advantage of my last opportunity for grits.. When I ordered a side of bacon she asked if I wanted it crispy. I love the south!!! :D

Apparently at that park, when a sign says "more difficult", it translates into "you need to jump your bike over ****ing logs".

I gotta respect a place that doesn't dick around and engages in truth in advertising.

I'd like to go back there after it hasn't rained for a couple weeks so I can get some speed and hit that **** at 15mph instead of 10mph. It's ****ing impossible to go very fast when it's so god**** muddy out. :(

Yup. Checking out today I spotted a slightly full Asian woman in a skirt with a nametag walking past the front desk toward their spa....
I immediately felt regret!!! :(

Of course with a skirt she was in no way a rub'er... Probably spa front desk

Right monster?!? ;) :p
