So, the offsite location to my work is in a light industrial park, where the roads aren't exactly maintained in winter. A couple storms ago, I was driving out of there, towards the main road. Doing about 15-20mph, braked to stop about 50 feet from the intersection. Ooops, slush/very icy. Not gonna stop in time. I let off the brake, and I steered towards the snowbank, clipped my right front tire on the snow, did a 180, and gently laid to rest with both my left tires snug against the snowbank about 10 feet from the intersection. All on purpose. It was beautiful. Yep, I know me my vehicle and what it can do.
