Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

That blows dude. I've been there a hundred times and even left my GPS on the windshield mount before. Crazy.

I've only had it happen to me once per car (3 times).
1. 89 Corsica: stereo and burned cds stolen. While in my apt's underground garage. Half the cars in the garage were hit on that night. Somewhat veteran job. You could tell they used a hammer and a towel to break the window to get in, causing little to no noise of the breaking glass.

2. 90 Corsica: stereo and burned cds stolen; hack rookie job. They wrecked the whole dash and messed up all wiring for heat/AC. Basically forced me to get a new vehicle, since it would have cost over $1K to fix everything (dash is a one-piece on that model, so no simple parts here and there).

3. 99 Wrangler: morons cut the soft-top to break in. Yeah. Nothing missing except some change in the cup holder. Caused $250 damage to the soft-top.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

This is the third time my car has been broken into, I've had all 4 tires slashed, been backed into, and the window smashed in. Seriously, I need a new car.

Why does this **** always happen to me?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

Your car gets more action than you do.

Maybe it was asking for it.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

You were with us when we were broken into in Minny too. **** those ****ers.

And I'm mad tonight. Someone questions my integrity, I get riled up.

True. Nothing like finding a turquoise-handled knife in your glove compartment that isn't yours.

That was still really weird. You were the only one hit, that we saw.

How many cars did you "bump" on the way into the lot?

I had my all four of my tires slashed once when I was in school. The odd part about it was that I parked my car at my buddy's place for the school year because he offered me a free spot for the school year. So it's not like someone tracked me home and did it then. Of the eight cars parked there, mine was the only one touched. Either it was really bad luck on the random walk of life or someone with a similar car had some enemies out there.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

Good Morning.

Doctor appointment today to check out my ears. Apparently I shoved a steak knife in each ear during the half time show last night.

But seriously, who the hell was that on stage and why did they get to play at a super bowl? I have seen karaoke that is 10x better than that complete horse****. I hope they took all of those no-talent hacks out back of Jerryworld and shot them, then threw their bodies in the Packers tailgate party lot so the drunk cheeseheads can eff their dead corpses, and that is just for butchering Sweet Child 'O Mine. The other songs were terrible before they were butchered last night, so the fact that an untrained parrot could sing better is a little easier to accept. Is it that hard to find some performers with at least a tiny bit of talent?

All of this from the guy who thinks country is a form of music. :D

Country would never sound that bad. They weren't even singing! They were just screaming into the microphone! It was complete horse****. There is no way Tim McGraw, Keith Urban or Kenny Chesney sounds anywhere close to that terrible.

I was at BDubs, and they kept cutting the game audio to do raffle giveaways. One of theses moments was during halftime. A table of high schools kids booed, the rest of us cheered.
Seriously. That garbage was horrid.
