Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

Didn't they do something for the Winter Classic? Anthem maybe? I hadn't heard them/heard of them before and was impressed. (Maybe a AFC/NFC Championship game if not the WC).
I think it was the AFC Championship game. I didn't see the start of the NFC champ game and I missed the classic this year, but I remember them singing the anthem. They are very good, if you've heard any of their songs, they would probably be Chicken Fried or Toes. I haven't liked a couple of their newer songs, but the one that was just released, Colder Weather, is excellent.

Step 1) Double click on the "settings" icon and a list of your reps--assuming you have any--will appear. Failing that move to the next step.
Step 2) Ask one of your students for help you ignorant academic you.:D
ASaaG: As usual, you're a day late and a dollar short. And by the way, I have some serious good rep (most of it spread by the same guy).

Hey, you couldn't find your rep with both hands, Einstein. I shudder to think you are partially responsible for training the next generation of military leaders for this country. Next time we go to war we'll probably lose to France, which is even worse than losing to Tech in hockey. Nice job perfesser.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

An idiot from Duluth dinged me yesterday. Funny thing is, the neg rep merely proved my point that none of them have any reading comprehension. Dolts.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

As big a fan as I am of Marvin Gaye I blame him for starting the trend of bastardizing the Anthem. :(
I watched that NBA game, I thought his rendition ruled but the rest of the US freaked out :)

No, they won't be able to re-create the awesome that was Prince. I mean seriously, it was freaking raining, and they had purple lights, and they just happened to have Prince for the show. No way to do that again!

They need to find the next Prince.

I'm not a Prince fan but that was best halftime show in recent years without a doubt, he puts on a SHOW

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

Someone in my life has basically attacked my integrity. I am not a perfect dude by any means, but dammit if I'll stand by and have someone question that

I hear ya on that. "Friend" of mine did that a few years ago. Long story short, haven't talked in years.

Passed my exam today. They didn't tell me how close it was, but close enuff I guess. There was still some stuff on it that I would have liked to have studied more, but most of that was on eastern modalities and the theories behind them. I really don't do that kind stuff, but it is kinda nice to have some knowledge of it.

Is that the part about happy endings? :p

Congrats though!
