Good morning Lodge. Chilly Saturday. I need to go out this morning and clear off my car and clean out my parking spot. I have no desire to that as I have a headache and just want to go back to bed. Need to shore up my ride to UNH tonight. Forgot to talk with my usual travelling buddies at the game last night. I hope they're still OK with coming to get me. If not, then I'm not going.

Scary injury last night to the Seawolves' Andrew Pickering. The Anchorage News in today's morning edition says he cut his ear and suffered a concussion after taking a shot off the head. It happened directly in front of where I was sitting perhaps forty feet from my seat. It was frightening. He was taken from the ice on a stretcher. I hope the young man recovers fully and quickly.

Looking forward to this evening's game. Sam Brittain will be in net for the Pioneers. Enjoy your day folks. :)

Morning!

Starting tomorrow its going to actually be warm here for at least a week (25-30 F). Nice break from the crap we had this week.

Good morning, grooving to Exile On Main Street & reading the paper. The boss' birthday was earlier this week so we took her car to the Downtowner for her free gold wash. Best deal in town. :)

I'm playing in the Rink Rat division, which doesn't start play until tomorrow. The Open division, the main one, started play yesterday.

Yes indeed. The last time my bro, Big Poppa, and I went out to the bar, we ran up a $400 bar tab. And that didn't include tip, or the drinks we paid cash for early in the night. And then we afterbarred until dawn. It was a fun night.
