Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 128: The Search for Wenches

You're a natural! I haven't had to deal with three at a time; yikes. I *have* successfully navigated driving down a winding hill in a snowstorm and having a 2-yr-old throw up -- copiously! -- in the back seat. Good times.
I did it a second time later in the afternoon with all 4 girls while they were watching Boz loudly in the backseat. (For those not in the know, Boz is similar to Blue's Clues or Dora the Explorer, but with religious and family values themes to the way they teach.)
Howdy Lodge. Home from Chicago. Plane pulled away from the gate on time but had to sit on the tarmac for a while due to air traffic in Boston, plus the snow and wind - only one runway was open. That said, we made up some decent time in the air and only landed about a half hour after we were scheduled to.

We're supposed to get more snow on Friday. WHY?????
Happy you're back safely!
I'm also disappointed by the snow as I was planning to come down for the BU-BC game (with a free ticket), but I am worried about road conditions, so I'm staying home. :(

Hi, Lodge. Nothing too much that I feel like reporting.

'ewe - from what it sounds like, the snow will be done by mid day, so maybe riving down later on might not be too much of a problem.

My bigger concern is the roads up here and the loonies on 93. (Also getting in and out of my driveway as the City seems to like plowing us in - last storm the snow was up to my waist after I'd already shoveled the whole driveway. )

Good morning. Sunshine, blue skies and cold air in Denver as it's a brisk twelve degrees in my neighborhood at present.

My second cuppa coffee is in hand and all's well.:)

Hello everyone. I'm just sitting in my little heated shack (think ice fishing shack, but not on ice with less beer and more computers) waiting for my data acquisition computer to thaw out, hoping that it is the cold that is causing it to not boot up and not that its busted.

Afternoon lodge!

Had a pretty busy day yesterday. I did a stone trade in Ann Arbor so that I could get in some more practice with the stones. Then I went and got my gf and we went to the Detroit Auto Show that afternoon. Then we stopped at the Five Guys Burgers by Greektown to have dinner. Awesome burger!!!

Hi, Lodge.

Had a great weekend back home - went dress shopping and was successful. Came back to work yesterday and was told tomorrow is my last day. Good thing I didn't like it here anyway.
