Good morning lodge. I say good because the sellers find out if their offer went through today. Meaning I could be living in my new house in a few weeks.

I got plenty of sleep last night, I kept myself from falling asleep until about 7, then went to sleep and slept straight through to 5AM. I've never felt so refreshed at 5 in the morning before.

Sorry to hear of your loss, Twitch. :(

My kid's team played another Edina team on Friday, rematch as we lost the first 6-2. This other team is VERY good. Did an excellent job drafting and have had probably twice the ice time we've had so far (parents who book ice in advance and driven coaches - frequent 2 a days - at B2:rolleyes:). Mucho trash talking in school on Friday. Our team's leading scorer and top center was out east at a family event, one of their top scorers was out with a concussion. Our kids won 3-2. Their coaches took a bench minor with 0:00 left for unsportsmanlike, one of their kids broke his stick after the final buzzer. :D Our second line center had one goal on a brilliant break-way, later had another break-away and got pulled down - penalty shot. Made the exact same move on the goalie as the first one and scored again for the eventual game winner. Kid is blazing fast, if he had better stick skills he'd be a B1.

Good morning! 6-12" of the white stuff coming tomorrow night/wednesday... going night skiing in dirty jerseyyy tomorrow night, then possibly going somewhere wednesday if classes get cancelled. Going to be a good 2 day week (classes only Tuesday and Thursday from 10-3 this semester!)

Mr. wore Black come back home today after a week up in Minnesota. I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

It's funny watching a littl kid (3-5 yrs old) stand and lick an up escalator hand rail as it rolls the black rubber belt past his tongue. Well, and a little gross.

Good afternoon, Lodge. Dishes are done, got some grocery shopping done, finally replaced my wallet, and am making lentil soup for dinner tonight. Anyone need anything done while I'm up?

Well, that was fun! Just back from a fantastic three day ski weekend. A storm, which began early Sunday morning and didn't stop until late last night, dumped eighteen inches of snow at mid-mountain and decidedly more than that at the tops of Peaks 9 & 10. We took five runs this morning skiing thigh-deep powder for stretches of half a mile at a time. There's little in the ski world that compares to a Colorado powder day. I hope we get another like it before this ski season ends.:)

Going to dinner at Chino Latino with the supervisors tonight, on the company dime. It should be fun, I just wish it wasn't the same night as the BCS Championship.
