Grandma just passed away after a short battle with cancer. Was doing fine, even had it in remission, then it hit all at once right after Christmas.

Finally getting around to almost being done setting up my room. I got switched across the building because the other side "needed my TLC." Gonna be several possible problematic students for me to deal with as an RA. Sweet.

Back from HH. In case anyone missed the post about HH making all officiating at the DI level look good. This was reinforced tonight.:rolleyes: Even Mr. who never says anything was wondering what they were thinking. Lil's team played the team of one of his ex-teammates (kid moved- no one was the least bit upset he left). Kid used to razz Lil incessantly that he sucked. Lil scored tonite when the kid was on the ice. He was very happy. :)

His story could've been better - if there had been the mentioning of "don't just look at it, eat it!", I may have been inclined to call him a hero.

Equating "I just woke up and am mildly surprised by this story" to vulnerability shows a complete lack of understanding on your part. :p

Besides, the other **** going on in my life these days had higher shock value - and since I found out about that right before you said something to me tonight... let's just call it a rare "W T F" kind of night. It'll never happen again. :p

moanin' monday is here.

Back to reality. Lil is getting confirmed next weekend. I have to shop for food. Plan A- Shop on Wednesday, clean house, etc today. ahhh, no. Big storm coming Wednesday. Now it is shop today. I hate when I make plans in my head and then have to change them.
