Grandma just passed away after a short battle with cancer. Was doing fine, even had it in remission, then it hit all at once right after Christmas.

Whoever invented cancer needs their *** kicked.

Morning.

A cold and lazy Sunday. Sort of looking forward to work tomorrow as I will finally have a desk in my new department, instead of sitting in my old one. So I will actually get to know my new co-workers.

Ok, these new Ladders ($100k+ jobs site) commercials are AWFUL. I hope the firm that produced these goes under. They're simply terrible.

Howdy kids. Just did some ironing and burnt my fingers. Ow. Waiting for my mother to come over. She's going to teach me how to make her meatballs. Which are awesome as a meal, or in a sandwich. I want to have her over here once a month or so to learn how she makes all the food I like so I don't have to wait for her to cook and give me leftovers. Which I'll still do, but hopefully it won't be the only way to get that food.

Morning,.....er, afternoon lodge.

Last night a couple of us went to St, Clooud, watched something that tried to pass for hockey, bar hopped, and ended up being dropped off at our hotel in a limo at 4:30am. It was quite the insane sh*show.

And I'll add my condolences, Twitch.

Is it just my screen resolution or are Ohio State's uniforms that weird looking? I'm talking about the photo on the home page. It looks like they have these dark gray spots on a lighter gray jersey. Or are they shiny and that's just the light reflecting weirdly?

This is what I thought.

RA training is done, now time to look forward to the mess that will be tomorrow when everybody comes back. Going out tomorrow for night 2 of celebrating one of my friends 21st birthdays (main reason why I went out Friday, which was the actual 21st celebration), tomorrow is just so everybody from school can go celebrate.
