Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 122: Autumn has arrived.
A thousand apologies, brother!
Ah, it warms my heart, so far from home, to watch a little (good-natured) cross-river heckling.
I am surprised how often people don't pay enough attention to their kids. Most people will cut you some slack -- they know how kids are -- so the least you can do is return the favor by keeping your eye on them, all the time, and reminding them how to act on a plane.
Of course, my kids fly 15 hours each way a couple of times a year, so they've already learned how futile it is to go crazy on a flight. (Cause it ain't gonna end any time soon! ) So we get the opposite: You bring a six-year-old onto a Mpls-to-Tokyo flight, or that new Hong Kong-Detroit non-stop we got this summer, and people look at you like, "You're not really gonna put me through this, are you?" Then my kid buckles up, orders an orange juice, and fires up a movie, and you don't hear from him for several hours. It's awesome seeing the from people.
Pfft, noobs. The Catholic church we attend in Edina is older than your Cathedral.
A thousand apologies, brother!
Ahhh, the Basilica, proof of Minneapolitan whining. We want a Cathedral, too!!
Do you go to Our Lady Of Lexus?

because parents don't see kids as their problem. They see them as everyone else's problem. Don't get me wrong; I'm on your side here and agree parents need to be charged. I'm just curious what everyone thinks about it.
