All this wedding talk is making me even more confident that I don't ever want to get married.

Ugh. Detroit. But... ROB GREEN'S THERE! :p

PB & I live right in the middle of both of our hometowns, which is nice. 3.5 hour drive each way. However, I've argued Houghton, if we decide to take that next step, seeing as how I grew up there, and he spent 4 years there, and most of his current friends have ties to there/are still there. Neither of us really know anyone in Peshtigo.

Speaking of that, it's really taking a toll on me. I hate not knowing anyone, or being able to call someone just to hang out... Sucks.

Welcome to my life.

I've gotten to know a few people, but nothing like the crazy people I know back home.

Not to mention that the boy lives in Ohio now.

Been there done that...if you want to have a few of those kind at your wedding, you can invite me and a few of my buddies from home.

If I'm ever at one of your weddings, yes I expect you to have several, I am planning on hitting on your mom nonstop. :D

There is a reason that the long term care project we designed in Green Bay had over 60% of the occupants being institutionalized due to alcohol induced dementia. ;)

I still think BrettFavre is garbage wrapped in skin. Why in the hell would you think I'd EVER want to move to Green Bay?

Not that Ohio is any better, really... I'm still holding out hope that one day he'll go to weather guessing school - in Hawai`i.

I have a friend who did the Weather Guessing school... in Oklahoma. Then again, she was a nut and liked chasing tornadoes.

I think she did spend a semester or two in Hawaii too. I can't remember if that was post-grad though.

the most neutral site for us would be Illinois. That being said, I would be dead before I ever got married in that state. We figured Denver, people are always talking about vacationing here anyway. As for the brunch, who doesn't like breakfast?????? And we're going to provide bloody marys, magaritas, mimosas, etc.

When it comes to the location, I don't think there is anything wrong with you 2 having the wedding where the 2 of you live. Having it halfway, where you don't know anyone, or the area, just because its halfway between, is pretty stupid if you ask me. But I'll admit, when it comes to wedding stuff, I should be the last person on anyone's list to ask. :p

QUICK, UNRELATED POINT OF HOUSEKEEPING HERE!!!

Some of you that I have sent emails to in the past may be getting an email from me, dated today. It did not come from me. I have not sent anyone email today. I received this email from someone else, and opened it to find a link that took me to an....um.....online prescription site. I've been spammed, and if it goes through the rest of my Inbox and finds its way to you, I apologize. It is unintended.
