My parmesan-encrusted whitefish turned out great, so did my rice and bibb salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette. For tomorrow, I'm making stuffed zucchini with cooked rice, 100% grass-fed beef, and feta cheese...

Evening, Lodge. Dad's (second) surgery went well - he's spending the night at the hospital as a precaution, but things are slowly getting back to normal around here. I think he's pretty much stir-crazy too, and wants to start working and teaching again. Thanks for the well-wishes!

Because I posted the video, I can use Youtube's "Insight" to look at the demographics of who is watching them. 90% of all the registered users that watched, are men

Testing didn't take as long as expected, it was obvious after 30 minutes that the **** thing wouldn't pass. Whoever designed this cooling system screwed something up, glad it wasn't me.

We went out for steak tonight, after testing. Went to some local joint, which I think is a local chain that is just around the Houston area, similar to what Broadway is in MSP. I had the biggest ribeye they made, rare, with mushrooms and onions on top, along with a chunk of gorgonzolla butter. Side of grilled squash and zuchini, and a caesar salad. For an appetizer we had jalapenos stuffed with crab meat, cheese and a shrimp, and deep fried, they were very tasty. I had several more Shiner Bocks with the meal, not a bad beer if you ask me.

You could have just said "the biggest ribeye they made, rare" and "several more Shiner Bocks." Though, the rabbit food sounds pretty good too.

BTW, it looks like I will actually be closing on the house on Monday. So next Friday night there will be a little celebration at the new bachelor pad. I will see what I can do about getting a keg of Nordeast, if it is as impossible as I expect, I'll get a keg of Premo. Come on over, those of you I know and don't hate.
