They're probably buying it from a grocery store...Corona is about the "highest quality" (I use that term loosely) "beer" (also a term used loosely) you can get in one of those...That's criminal. Corona is horsep*ss.

Really? Is that a Minnesota thing? If so, your grocery stores suck!
Agreed, though I know some states won't allow alcohol sales outside of package liquor stores, or will only allow beer sales below a certain ABV.
You can only get 3.2 beer in Minnesota unless at a liquor store IIRC...Agreed, though I know some states won't allow alcohol sales outside of package liquor stores, or will only allow beer sales below a certain ABV.

I do remember how amazed you and Brent were when you found out that you could buy KBC at the grocery store for cheaper than the taproom
That is a ripoff. It's still cheaper to buy a KBC keg at the bar than anywhere else, though.
With in 10 mi of the border you can get beer, wine and spirits in the grocery store.Really? Is that a Minnesota thing? If so, your grocery stores suck!
Better than Massachusetts though. The only type of beer you're buying in grocery stores there is in beer-battered frozen foods (and root beer).
And, I'll admit that I like Corona in the summer. A nice, light, refreshing beer. I'd never argue that it's high-quality, though.
Pizza sounds good; I had pork chops and fried eggplant tonight. Tomorrow I'm making stuffed peppers with turkey and rice. That is a ripoff. It's still cheaper to buy a KBC keg at the bar than anywhere else, though.
Evening, Lodge. Pizza was a great idea tonight.

That's a new one. It used to be that a business could only have 3 licenses in the state, effectively eliminating the grocery and convenience store chains (who each have 3 licenses). The 10 mile rule to NH used to be a Sunday opening rule, to allow stores in towns that were within 10 miles of the border to open on Sundays, as long as the town approved it. I've been gone a few years though. With in 10 mi of the border you can get beer, wine and spirits in the grocery store.
You drink hot Coronas??I like it also, pretty easy to suck down when its hot

Yup. The Hannaford in Dracut has a pretty decent liquor selection, actually. With in 10 mi of the border you can get beer, wine and spirits in the grocery store.

Well, it makes no sense. Getting it at the source should be cheaper. It's those dam Yooper economics.
