Sorry I haven't had time to review the entire thread... my employer has seen it fit to block most if not all vBulliten websites so its not like I'm in here checking in 2-3 times during the day.

So, the water pressure in my kitchen sink faucet is weak. Started about a week or so ago. I'm not sure if it's something wrong with the faucet or is it something in the building? I'm thinking it's the faucet because I'm not having any issues in either of my bathrooms or my washing machine. Anyone have any idea what it might be?

While technically a corporation it's an ESOP with like 40 owners so not really like GM or GE.

A maintenance fee? No. It's a condo fee. And condo fees do not cover in unit maintenance. It covers water, pool service, upkeep of the building, snow plowing the parking lots, etc. Anything that happens in here is on me to fix.

Unscrew the screen on the faucet and rinse it out. sometimes there is build up of rust, sand or other stuff it it.

First thought is to unscrew the little thing on the end of the spigot (called an aerator - might need a pliers to get it loose) and see if it flows better with that off. If so, clean it. There's a little fine screen in there that collects bits of grit, etc.

Also go under the sink and make sure the valves that serve the faucet are not partly closed. Some of them can get bumped and turned a little - could do it.

After that - find a plumber.
