Good afternoon Lodge.

Spent the day on the lake. A little windy but awesome nonetheless.

I am now sitting on the deck enjoying a tasty beverage.

Just ordered the UFC fight tomorrow to watch Brock. Should be a good fight. Saw Brock a while back. He looked a little leaner after his battle with some health issues but he is still an intimidating sob.

Afternoon Lodge.

Mrs and Jr goldy came downtown to have lunch with me today. Walked over to Nicollet Mall and had lunch at Zelo because Jr. wanted Italian. Was not expecting to spend over $50 for lunch with no alcohol but it was good. Some very nice scenery in that place too. Several very attractive and well turned-out ladies in there. Our waitress was a nice tall blond who must have touched me five times before we left there . In spite of her Nordic looks, she must not have been Scandinavian as we are not usually such touchers as that. Each time she addressed me about something she put her hand on my arm. Odd for a restaurant.

What a gorgeous day here! We just came back from lunch and now my niece and I are getting ready to go to the Sox game. Lots of traffic out there so we should probably leave in a few minutes.

If you saw Bobby Orr at the Garden would you address him as Bobby or Mr. Orr? It was Mr. Orr for me.

A few years ago I ran into the former President Bush (the elder) at a Sea Dogs game. That was Mr. President.

Assuming you were serious, I'd call him Governor Dukakis.

Governor Dukakis. Once the title is granted, it doesn't leave the person when s/he leaves office. Then again, if he's the kind of guy who's more laid back, maybe you could go for the Life cereal commercials address.



Is he still wearing the helmet from the tank ride? I think any time I've seen his picture since then, it's been with that helmet.

If you want an actual conversation, Governor Dukakis is the way to go. If he's cool with it (like our former gov) he'll tell you to call him Mike (or Michael).

Just saw Luis Tiant. I asked my niece if she would take a picture with him. Cuz her dad and her grandfather would be wicked impressed. She didn't want to. I should have had her take one of me with him!
