Good morning Lodge.

Morning

A glorious Monday! Summer has finally arrived in 612. Now I can complain about how hot I am (yes ladies I know). :D

Here at school. This week features my finals for my Spring semester classes and the beginning of my summer school classes at another institution! :(

Once again, thanks everyone. Later today, I'll have more info and should know what's going on. Thankfully, though, we got a phone call this morning and according to the nurse we spoke with, it sounds like she's coming out of it.

Good morning, Lodge. Another nice day out; think I'll find a playground and play on the swings for a few minutes.

Just make sure it's not an elementary school playground. People will start to worry about you. :D

Ahh, yes. Broke out the grill for the first time this year. Pork chops are on the menu this evening, with a side of corn.

Awesome. FM and I grilled brats last night. It was very much a success. :)

Thanks everyone; Mom's back in the hospital. Looks like a nervous breakdown or something happened with her medication. Either way, I fear she may never fully recover.

At least my arm is healing nicely and the staples should be out on Thursday.

:( Sorry about your mom, but I'm glad to hear that you're doing OK!

*Keeps the fingers crossed*

'Morning, Lodge. No sub calls over the weekend, so I've decided to extend my stay in Houghton for another day. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #111: Filling in for the night shift

The weather is starting to improve here in Denver. Gorgeous morning with temps headed to the mid 70s. Nice golf weather for me and my wife as we have a one o'clock tee time this afternoon.

The weather has been a bit wet by Colorado standards. The Colorado Rockies are the major league baseball team in this part of the world. The Rockies have been playing at Coors Field for 15 years. In the preceding fourteen years, in the month of May, there had been two postponements due to rain. Last week there were three in four days.

The forecast is calling for a chance of showers on Tue-Wed-Thurs of this week. Luckily for the Rockies they're on the road this week.

I hope everyone's week gets off to a good start. Maybe I'll check in from the back nine and see how everyone's behaving. Yeah, probably not. ;)

That sounds like good news! *fingers crossed*

Afternoon Loj!

Hope your mom improves Bob. :(

Finished packing up from a yard sale on Saturday. Although we had sales and made a profit, the inventory level remained the same. Hmmmm. Anybody need anything?

Nope, though I'm sure my wife and son could find some things there and make an offer.

We're planning our own garage sale in June, hope we dump some junk.

ETA: Huh, just noticed I went over 10k posts sometime recently. yipee?

My new part-time employer being obnoxiously late in sending me my paycheck is really starting to cause problems for me. We're almost up to a month late at this point.

Go and hammerpunch whoever's in charge of paychecks. ;)

Seriously though, a month late is totally unacceptable, even if you're only part-time.
