Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

That sounds like an eastern problem. We don't have those issues out here, except for maybe Wisconsin, but they don't really count. :p

Some of the DECC seats in the pit aren't that great either, but there's still a full view of the ice. Besides, the DECC's being replaced anyway.

Morning, Lodge - I don't care for colds. :o

There are some seats in the National Hockey Center that suck, but its mostly because you have to sit next to St, Clooud fans.

... and all the seats are in that abortion of an arena that is the concrete center.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

So Goldy/Wally, How's the shoulder today? You know it's Spring Training and you guys are falling waaaaaaay behind the rest of your team. Are you guys at least able to play "long toss?" Can you throw off a mound yet? I dunno. We're breaking camp pretty soon and may have to send you boys for an assignment to the Instructional League if you can't cut it.

Morning all. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

sooo I am not sure about the final five. I am going to work all this weekend so I can try to make it happen.
But I also didnt get a photo pass, so does anyone have an extra ticket for sat?

Tickets are easy to get on the street for face value if no one does.

If I was throwing it would be lefthanded and girls would throw it better:D

Good news from the Dr. today, no tear in the tendon, apparently the MRI lied. What he did find was some impingement and some small cartilidge damage. Good to go back to work and do whatever my level of tolerance will allow.

Single game tickets went onsale Monday. You can get them through ticketmaster or through the X's website.

DTV will get something worked out with Versus. In the meantime, call and see if they will give you a break on Center Ice, or they may give you a discount on the Sports Pack. I'm going to call them about the Sunday Ticket...see, I have season tickets to the Pats now, so I don't really need ST this season...but maybe for a price break I'll renew... ;)

They really are responsive to customer concerns. Oh, and if they invite you to join Insiders, do it. In return for offering our opinions, they give us free goodies. :)

Also, make sure you activate your online access to take advantage of their discount.

Green Bay now, plans changed a little. I'm leaving at 3 this afternoon and will be back Friday afternoon, hopefully in time to get to the X for semifinals.
So you're driving? I'll make sure the trash gets put out tonight then.

So Wally, you're saying if the starter gives up, say, 10 runs in an inning and two thirds, you'd be available to throw a few innings of middle-innings-mop-up-relief. Okay, we can work with that. We'll keep you on the Opening Day roster and send Goldy to the Florida Rookie League. [I never liked his attitude anyway. He's a cake-eating Golden Golfers fan]:p
