Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

That's what I was thinking. :o

A co worker of mine just got back from vacation. She went to NC and spent two weeks touring different NASCAR drivers garages/headquarters. Not my cup of tea but they had a great time.

Glad they had a good time, the weather unfortunately didn't exactly cooperate with them.

And it's not exactly my cup of tea either... in the four years I've been here, I've visited exactly two shops. The one my husband works at and DEI. I am a crappy race fan.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

This days has been awesome. This morning I found out I get to go to the first two games of Class AA tournament tomorrow and then this afternoon I got news that blows the morning news away. I should probably hold off sharing the news for a day or two until it's final just in case. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

So now I've had a head and throat cold for the last two days, I'm running on about 4 hours sleep due to the cold, and I've had the hiccups on and off for the last 5 hours. Everytime I get on the phone with a client I start coughing, hacking and hiccuping and I sound like I'm going to die on the spot. Either that or they think I'm drunk. Lovely day.

Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got fabulous news.

Yay!!! Hopefully things finalize soon so you can share!!

Legal - I can't wait for the little one, so that I can buy a mini-BU hockey jersey! :) I've been pestering my hockey friends to have kids, but this is even better.

Why don't you just have kids?

You expect us to wait two days to find out what the deal is?!? So unfair!! ;) :p

Good luck I hope everything gets finalized so we can all be happy with you!

Hey Mark, best of luck to your bouncy ball team tonight against Bobby Mo. Rumors are flying that if you get past Bobby, a little team from CNY awaits you in the the 1st round of the dance competition... somebody named Syracuse... I heard they're not particularly bad. ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

back from my interview. It went really well, actually. I already sent the thank you e-mail. Now we play the waiting game. One of the interviewers told me that they are looking to start the position on the 23rd...

See legal's answer (and your rep).

Yay!!! Good on the thank you notes - I think they're crucial.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

The ice went out on my farm pond today, 2 or 3 weeks early.

We have our kids first Maine jersey, considering he is 6'3" now I doubt it fits:D

Isn't it so much fun? I have been playing the waiting game on a shortsale townhouse in Vadnais Heights for a couple weeks now. I guess technically according to the government, I have a signed purchase agreement so I just have to close by June 30 to get the $8 grand, but I would really prefer to have this resolved in the next month or so...:o
