My roommate has been trying to convince me to go out to Vegas for quite a while now. It does combine a lot of my favorite things: poker, buffets, and strippers.

So, after 95 minutes, a live chat person who was useless, threatening to leave ATT, getting a number for other tech support- hold 15 minutes (this person wanted to know if Mass was a part of Texas) , being transfered to tier 2 tech support (this person was in the US somewhere- southern accent) being told I needed to be transferred to another person (not from TX or this side of the world) I finally got connected with someone who tells me I am no longer able to keep my email address unless I switch to DIAL-UP ATT. Well. See ya ATT. After 27 yrs of loyalty I now need to search for a new telephone provider because I can't live with dial up and they don't have DSL here.

Okay, so I should be focusing on my own schoolwork, right?
The best friend texts me and asks me to figure out her GPA.
Now, normally, this would take me maybe 2 minutes....
But no, her letter grades aren't even figured out, the grading scales aren't listen on the syllabuses... This is like a 35 minute research project, and then when I say that I don't have the time, she begins to whine and say that she "does so much for me."

Hi Lodge.

Back from my crazy trip. I now own a very orange RIT jersey (I think it may be more loud than my maize Michigan jersey). I have yet to wear it, but the boyfriend wore it to the Air Force at RIT game Friday. RIT won in overtime, it was a good game. Much better than the text score updates I received from the NMU at Michigan game.


Work is crappy. Weather here is fun. 3-6" of snow prediction is inaccurate. I had at least 5" on the ground when I left for work this morning, and it's been snowing ever since. Should be a fun drive home.

I've told that to several Badger players that I've met during "postgame activities" on State Street. Their reaction when they find out that they're on a fantasy college hockey team is priceless! I remember walking through the bar and Jamie McBain grabs me and drags me over to some other guy and says to him "this is the guy that has you on his fantasy team!!!", the other guy was Ryan McDonagh.
