Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 103: The Greatest Rep... to this point.

I understand the hassle. I still have the Gmail address that I set up with my old last name, just because I have no idea what I used it for. (I had been using for at least 8 years). How long do you have before the changeover?

As far as alternative services, I used Comcast when I lived in Boston and was satisfied with them, thought I'm sure a lot has changed in four years.

BTW - we are totally fed up with AT&T as well. I work from home, so I have to have a reliable connection, which except for the three times a week it takes a 'lunch' break. (seriously, when I lose internet it's between 11 and 2) The problem is not the outages, it's then when there is an outage, they cannot give me any shorter of an estimate of when it will be back on than the next day. So, I, in turn, cannot tell my boss how long I will be offline and not working. It's gotten so bad we are about to get a cable connection as well to use as a backup.
That would really stink!

I have until 3/15. Can't say enough about how POd I am. I got the email about 3 days ago and couldn't get into the site to try to change. Got in today-Had to accept agreement for dial up to proceed any further into trying to change over. Obviously I am not doing that. Trying to find the live chat link was trying to go thru the jungle blindfolded. The wait for phone suppoert was >60 min. DO you think this might have been mishandled?

The live chat guy was probably the worst one I have ever had. He tried to tell me I wasn't a customer even after I cut and pasted the email sent to me. kept telling me I needed to change when my question was HOW!! Like Doh, buddy. I am calling because I knew that part already.

The chick I got when I got thru wanted to know if Mass was a part of Tex. I finally got through to the top tier (25 minutes of holding and waiting) and all she said was oh, sad for you. Didn't even try to help me look at another option. Just tried to email them- character limit and took me 10 minutes of sifting thru to find an option I could actually contact them. I don't ***g need to know that I can get help on line. You didn't help me there.

So in case you are looking ATT- I am dissing you every chance I get!!

And I thought my experiences with their so called customer service were bad. When there's an outage I have to call CS to find out when the outage will be resolved. There is a handy recorded message that tells you what time the outage will be resolved. The problem, the message doesn't tell you what day.

For those of you that don't follow the bracketology closely, there is a possibility of a first round matchup between #26 and St, Clooud.

I think the possibility of Robert Morris getting the CHA autobid and drawing Miami is much more entertaining.

Thank you legal and les' for expressing your opinions. My contract is up with my cell service provider and I was considering changing, but after your stories (and the lack of problems I've had with my service), I'll just stick with what I have. Now I just have to decide whether or not to get a smartphone. :o

Some more fuel for the fire, we actually switch Robbie from AT&T to Sprint when his contract was up. I've usually had good luck with them both CS and service wise.

That's who I have now. :)

Wouldn't it be great if the CHA managed to get 2 teams in the tourney, including BSU as a #1 seed in its last year in existance! Subsequently knocking a CCHA team out of the tournament, as a final eff you for the UAH snub. Then Bob Morris can knock off Miami... :D

would Aparch change his mind then about letting Huntsville in the CCHA?

Hey, if you can demand no math in teh Lodge, I can demand no oven-cleaning talk, got it? Sheesh, pretty soon people'll be comparing toilet cleaners.

I see that PU is ranked #1 in the country. Congrats! By the way, you have a chunk of cupcake frosting stuck to the corner of your lip. ;)

Speaking of "cupcakes", Robert Morris must've been a delicious 12 points. Surely the almighty "Top 5" Bemidjis got it done there.

Oh, wait. :D ;)

The only time anything gets cleaned is when mom visits.

Somewhat related... Did you know an apartment can contain up to 32 different species of fly... pardon me, 33 species of fly?
