New here boys.. Huge home and home this weekend against SCSU. They're goalie is above par. Hopefully smith and aldie and the rest of the boys don't find trouble putting the puck home. I don't know much about the teams offense. Looking forward to these games a real test for our team thus far see what we're made of!

Good luck against St. Cloud this weekend. We don't get many opportunities at defeating NCHC teams, especially those that most likely will be in the top 20. Wins against St. Cloud will help the ECAC in the pairwise.

Welcome, 7! We are an alright group of guys over here. Like to have fun from time to time.

Just make sure you don't do anything to upset Eagle. Trust me, you don't want to get on his bad side! :D

Roger that 44.. Looking forward to talking some college puck. Uscho just picked us to win Friday and SCSU Saturday. What's our guys thinking? I think first game is important. Come out match intensity hopefully we can run four lines like the Maine game and have some legs for Saturday's game. Keep the pressure on them. Let's goy boys game faces on tomorrow and 1 rule no sex on gameday!

I mean, it's way too early to get really excited, but this group has a crazy amount of high-end talent. It certainly feels like this has the chance to be a very talented team, but it is October. That being said, there are some guys on this team worth the price of admission.

Never too early to get excited!

Should be some very exciting hockey at the Bank this weekend. The place will be rockin' for sure.

A sweep would be huge; a split would be acceptable. They just need to go out and play their game, stick to their systems, and not let up. This will be a huge test of character as well as skill.

The only thing that upsets me is not getting a nice fresh deli sandwich! :D But since you're a fellow Mets fan, I'll let you off the hook.

Absolutely a great win tonight against a very good hockey team. Quinnipiac's depth on offense showed with guys like Taverner, Davidson and Tiefenwerth scoring goals. The goals on Garteig were not his fault. A 3 on 1 shorthanded goal and a redirect which he had no chance on. I thought Garteig was very solid tonight. On to tomorrow night. Let's go for the sweep which would be huge wins for us down the road.

Listened to the SCSU radio broadcast of the third period due to problems accessing the QU broadcasts. The SCSU radio guys said that "if it sounds as if Quinnipiac is that good, they are not, they just got helped out a lot by the Huskies". HUH??? They also said that the Huskies better be prepared tomorrow night for officials that "don't know what they're doing". Sounds like someone doesn't like losing to one of those weak eastern teams!

I guess that means the Huskies aren't that good either. :rolleyes:

If the refs knew what they were doing they would have called the 3 too many men penalties on SCSU, not to mention a bunch of stuff they let go.

Sounds like someone doesn't like losing to one of those weak eastern teams!

They were outplayed, plain and simple.

Great effort tonight coming back from a 2-0 deficit and just taking it to the Huskies. They could have easily given up but they kept fighting. It was almost like someone threw a switch in the 2nd period and the Bobcats came alive. Lindgren was giving up fat rebounds all night. We took advantage and kept coming at him.

This team is fun to watch and I think will only get better. I would expect a tighter game from St. Cloud tomorrow. Might even get a little chippy if the refs keep letting the little things go.

I told him to be careful and not stay out too late. I doubt he'll listen but I tried. :D

Great win tonight unfortunately had to listen to the radio broadcast instead of attending the game as planned. I would really like to know what Rand said in between the 1st and 2nd in the locker room. Boys came out and took it to them. All business, if any former players of Rand feel free to give input of what you think was said to get the team on track for the second period. He always seems so calm and poised no matter the situation. Looking forward to round two tommorow night... Send them packing

I was at St. Cloud to watch the Bobcats a few years ago. The officiating was TERRIBLE.....blatant Homies. Rand had a few word with the refs
as they were leaving the ice after game #1.

I suppose it's time to awake from my annual hibernation.

Only thing to add here is I agree with the people complaining about the new video stream. It's been pretty spotty with working.

If the boys can come out with the same intensity they showed last night they should be ok. It's going to take another complete effort with limited mistakes and everyone on their game. The lines are starting to gel and everyone is playing hard... just need to keep it up.

It will be interesting to see if/where Alex Barron plays since he is eligible as of today. With the way they've been playing he made need to "earn" his way back into the lineup, but I think he'll see a start at forward.
