Tough north country road trip this weekend. Tonight's game at Clarkson can't be taken lightly. While the Golden Knights haven't won many, they haven't lost many either. If Q plays the way they did last weekend they should be ok. It's a hard one to call but I'll take the Bobcats 3-2.

Can't be taken lightly? Oh, please. The way I hear it the Katz are so confident of taking four points this weekend they didn't even get on the bus to make the trip. They sent an e-mail to the Golden Knights and Saints telling 'em to mail the four points to Hamden. Now, for real excitement in the world of college hockey this weekend you've got The Denvers playing The Colorado Colleges in a home and home series.

Nice road win by the boys tonight taking care of the Golden Knights 5-2. Two beautiful goals by JST with Davies, Peca, and Dahlhuisen adding their own. Pretty much stifled Clarkson all night long. Keep the momentum going down the road in Canton tomorrow.

Spot on Mark. Your guys really controlled play and took advantage of every Clarkson mistake. Definitely were the better team.

4:00 start up in Canton today. The boys need to come out with the same intensity they had last night and try to dictate the tempo early on. Hopefully they didn't leave the scoring magic in Potsdam.

Wow! What a weekend! To go into Cheel and manhandle the Knights and then repeat that feat at Appleton against the Saints... all I can say is wow. It was an impressive weekend to say the least. 11 goals including a few PPG's was nice to see. I think this is the team we all thought we'd be.

Only a couple of days rest before facing the Friars up at PC on Tuesday.

Congrats to Quinnipiac on the weekend, I wasn't at the SLU game but it appears that the team did very well.

Hey Mark, As I said, of course this weekend can be taken lightly. I tried to save the Q a bunch of $$$$ by having it stay home and have the upstate New Yorkers mail you the four points, but no, the Katz had to waste their time and make the trip.

Okay, okay. Eleven goals, nice job. Good luck against the Friars, but I don't think your boys will need any of that. And Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Mrs. Shot and I will be part of an approximate mob of twenty-five family, friends and assorted ne'er-do-wells for the feast. Should be lots of fun. Hope you enjoy the day.;)

And now on to my personal pre-game prep for tonight's game between The Denvers and The CCs!

The north country trip is always a tough one so there are never any gimme's. And for all the flack the EZAC gets, nobody ever mails it in in this league.

Hey MEUSA, Big deal. So your team scored eleven goals. The Denvers scored twelve in their sweep. Take that and shove it up your power play. :D

Game day in Providence against the Friars. I'm hoping to make the trip but it's not confirmed yet... will probably know for sure around noon.

Not sure what kind of team PC is but we're currently on a roll. My only concern is fatigue after a long weekend roadtrip with a 2-day turnaround. If they play with the same intensity they showed over the past 2 weekends they should be fine. Bobcats 5-3.

Here is a brief PC scouting report...they are undefeated at home this year...got the flames first pick from this past draft in Jankowski and a third round pick in Jon Gillies in net who is a legit 6-5. Rest of the team is a bunch of freshmen as Leanan has started to change over the roster.

Should be a competitive game and see what happens!
