Unless you're steeped in a 19th century mindset, there is no 'church'. There is Christian doctrine - Jesus' Word - and people.

Damage to the homosexual cause has not been caused by people following Jesus' Word - don't throw stones - but rather by failing to do so.

Incidentally, we Chelibrate St. Chelios Day on March 5th. This upcoming year will of course mark the 34th anniversary of Chris the King's performance of the miracle of the Winter Sports Center and the Vanquishing of the Barbarians of the Plains. Chris our Lord then led us in casting out the Gophers from Williams Arena and on to Judgement Day and the utter Destruction of godless Crimson Horde in 1983.

It's hopeless, but let us pray for Nodak redemption anyway:

$64,000 per each employee. Or $6,400 over ten years. That what each of those employees were valued at with the tax breaks and incentives given to Carrier to "save" these jobs. For the record, I quoted save because only 800 jobs are staying. The remaining 300 are R&D jobs that were never moving in the first place.

Was this more about Trump, Carrier, or Trump paying off the debt he owed (the Indiana GOP and Indiana Gov.) Pence for running with him.

Trump said he initially didn’t know he made a promise to keep Carrier jobs from outsourcing to Mexico. He said he was watching the news last week and heard a Carrier worker's story.

"It was like he didn't event know they were leaving. He said, 'No, we're not leaving because Donald Trump promised us that we're not leaving.' I never thought I made that promise, not with Carrier. This whole Carrier thing smells like a set-up. A pre-packaged crisis in his running mate's home state that he miraculously was able to solve with a wave of his hand. It reminds me of the hostages being released on Reagan's inauguration day kind of schtick.
