The fiercest fight of the Revolutionary War was not fought to secure the airports, but rather to avenge the fallen of the Bowling Green Massacre. And sure, the heroes in the Army took the airports, but what about that coward Frederick Douglass? He didn't even fight! Make no mistake though; we had to take the airports. How else were we going to launch the Space Force?

Except he totally did. Oh, and he said that Fort McKendry (sic) played a key role in the Revolution. Also that the Continental Army was named after George Washington and won every battle of the war.

No, I'm not kidding. Nor making any of this up.

But to be fair, you have to remember he's a ****ing moron.

Thank God during the Revolutionary War we took the airports. Thank, God. We might still be a colonized territory.

I listened to this part of the speech. I was flipping channels and was gonna leave it on CNN for just a couple of seconds to see if I could tell what all that glass or plastic was in front of trump was. I heard this part of his speech, speaking of airports and mixing up Revolutionary war imagery with that of the War of 1812. Of course trump knows nothing specific of either since he is as ignorant of basic American history as he is of most things (why anyone thinks this piece of 5h!t is of anything other than somewhat below average intelligence is beyond me) so that means he struggled to read his teleprompter. In addition to everything else, he is feeble and likely as far along his path of dementia as Ronald Reagan was at the end of his presidency. As bad as Pence is as a person and a politician, I just wish trump would die already and get it over with. I don't want him assassinated, because that would turn him into a martyr, I just want him to die, slowly and painfully and completely lacking in dignity if at all possible. My trump fatigue is off the charts.

The Brits held significant superiority in the air... We had no chance to fight them up there... Our only option was to take out the means to get the planes in the air...

Also remember that Washington's speech before that effort is what inspired Thomas Whitmore's speech. They're practically the same thing! The best ever!

I am still amazed I never knew the Continental Army was named after George Washington! Who knew "Continental" was Latin for "George" ;)
