I dunno, though, for an energy source it will probably work. Take oil. If they produce too much oil, then people will just find new uses for oil and increase demand. It's not like overproducing oil would cause the price to fall too much and bring problems to the entire energy, resulting in a wave of bankruptcies. And even if it did, it's not like it would be the Secretary of Energy's job to be ****ign aware of that.

Well like the Fearless Racist would sit in on a meeting about some countries filled with Black People...he was at least smart enough to realize he has no business there ;)

Ohh, so now you're worried about nepotism. Suckers. Actually, it seems half of them are torn-up over nepotism and Ivanka being "liberal", and the other half are cool with it.

...except he went and met with the Muslim President of Indonesia instead. Probably wishes he could be golfing instead. Like usual.

I doubt Freep gives a **** about nepotism. They're probably just upset because Ivanka doing something means the alt-right part of the administration is losing ground to Kushner.

When I think about how the rest of the world is ignoring the United State now because of the vacuum where our leadership used to be I get even angrier at the republicans in congress and trump supporters everywhere.

Our standing in the world suffered enough during Ws 8 years and one of the (sometimes) unnoticed things about the Obama presidency was how well our image overseas was repaired by Obama and -- horrors -- Hillary Clinton. In a matter of months trump has pretty much erased that.

Not that the leadership provided by the U.S. is always good or right, but if I want any country to be the de facto leader of the free world, I want it to be mine. Right now we have less standing with the world than we have EVER had.

Not only is our president unqualified, he is largely absent. He doesn't have the knowledge or stamina to participate. Key posts are left unfilled. Engagement is nearly non existent (unless you count the meeting with Putin that was 3 times longer than it was scheduled to be).

trump and his minions are surrendering our place on the world stage. This malfeasance is an offense bad enough that I consider it treasonous. All of his people and all of the people in power who are supposed to be holding the executive branch accountable have apparently forgotten that oath they took to defend our constitution, what does it say...? something like...?

If I could waive a magic wand and send them all to hell yesterday I'd do it. Three and a half more years of this 5h!t is gonna be hardest on the people who support him most, so I guess that makes this a little easier to take.
