Side note: The only differences between one type of salt and another are:
A) Additives (typically iodine, or in the case of most expensive salts, a lack of other crap))
B) Grain size
Anyone who says that one salt tastes different from another is lying.
That's not quite true. You can get natural salts that are not purified and so have a lot of different minerals in it that don't appear in pure table salt. They have colors in them because of the other minerals/natural dirt. Also the grain size makes a difference in how it reacts with your cooking method and so on, to flavor it differently.
