I don't feel bad at all. I look forward to Wisconsin, Alabama, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, Wyoming and all the other Moron strongholds having a similar fate.

Jackson's Revolutionary War record is no joke. He was a POW and escaped capture under pretty crazy circumstances.

That said, almost all of what Trump was saying was complete, clueless garbage.

While mostly true they were doing it because doing otherwise would cost them votes, it didn't matter in the long run. Republicans knew then it was in the best interest of the presidency and the country for Nixon to resign but even if they only acted out of self interest, they acted. Just like Ford knew it was in the best interests of the country for him to prevent a useless prosecution of Nixon by pardoning him, even though he knew it would make his election in his own right very difficult.

Its for this very reason I want progressives and Democrats to quit focusing on every social demographic like the only way we can save the LGBT community is to make a point of pointing out how they are the only saviors of the LGBT community. I don't care how Clinton could have won, or how Democrats might win the House or Senate in 2018, I just want them to win. Focus on the one item that will unite the working poor, the working class and the middle class: Jobs and the economic direction and future. It is the only realistic path to victory.

Wisconsin has been voting for the steady diet of Ryan and walker. They're now lumped in with the rest of the idiots. Here's hoping they don't all run for Minnesota when they realize they can't get care in WI

Minnesota isnt exactly helping themselves out when it comes to local government. Dayton is the only thing stopping us from being WI at this point.

Fox News is covering this story and allowing comments on it. The people leaving comments have taken it to 11 with their support of Trump. It's actually pretty fun.

Paraphrasing here: And Jackson, a DEMOCRAT, owned 150 slaves at the time. So there.

Looking at US history and the history of the two main parties today, I don't think that statement makes the point they want it to make.
