You didn't happen to notice a coaching commitment as you were searching through those tweets did you?
Not sure why they are waiting to make the announcement, possibly getting assistants lined up?

If it is Muzerall, it might be a work visa issue. She didn't join the Gopher bench until multiple games into the 2011-2012 season because of needing to get the kinks ironed out.

It is September 9th already. Most, if not all teams have hit the ice and are working out. I believe "official" practice starts as early as this weekend. I am starting to wonder if OSU is going to have a coach this year? Maybe the captains will run the team for the first few weeks?

No kidding. There are potential recruits floating around and it would make sense to both schools to bring clarity to the entire matter for that sake alone. Maybe some rodent recruits would want to follow her to tosu. Not a bad idea since Frosty is just stockpiling them anyway.

They would be in danger of losing out on the "free skates" deal...Unless the van somehow makes its way to OSU, and the deal continues there.

Kinda makes me wonder when I saw her walking through the library this summer with recruits in tow what I was actually seeing. It all seemed so innocent haha. Little did I know. I suppose its at least a good thing that our athletic department cares enough about women's hockey to use the full allotment of recruiters...

That would be a big mistake. They don't need someone with that huge of an ego who carelessly and unprofessionally breaks the rules with her husband. That would make it the opposite of Happy Valley. They need someone with more maturity who is going to genuinely care about the program and players.

If I was a coach, the ONE thing I would triple check the recruiting rules. My compliance officer would have a desk right next to me.

I thought they all seemed rather trivial. A football coach with these issues probably wouldn't even lose post-season eligibility. It makes me wonder if there were a lot bigger issues that just have not been reported.
