That could very well be true. Oswego committed way to many dumb penalties and gave the puck away WAY too many times last night. Andrew Hare made a few unbelievable saves (one on a shorthanded breakaway) to save the day. They will need to play MUCH better next weel to have a chance to beat the Cards.

With both teams trying to establish the role of underdog it's going to be an interesting week.

Oswego is ranked higher and is the higher seed in the tourney. But the Cards have won both meetings this year. Hard to say just who the underdog is in this one. It's going to be a great game for sure.

Gosek tried to claim the underdog role in the post game interview on WTOP...let the music begin - only one chair left!!!

Sorry, the lakers take this one walking away. Oswego is no way the underdog in this one. Beating a team 3 times is going to be an uphill battle. Oswego will be ready for this one. 5-2 oswego

How many years in a row has Plattsburgh made the SUNYAC Final? I know I seen this stat before but have lost track.

When I upgraded my Charter package last month I kept wondering why one of the channels in Plattsburgh, NY would be the Big Ten Network. Tonight I decided to watch the Wisconsin-Penn State Hockey game and found out. The Charter logo is all over the Kohl Center in Wisconsin, including center ice!! BTW 2-1 Wisconsin with goals for each team in less than a minute, middle of the third.

Not sure of that, but Penn State just tied the game with 7:44 left in third. Still trying to figure out how Buff State beat them.

Just did some research; it looks like there are 6 Big Ten Schools playing hockey in the WCHA this season. Next year The Big Ten will be its own hockey conference.
