Plattsburgh State Hockey 13-14 Season 25

Former fan favorite (and my personal friend and favorite) Shane Remenda could be an option at Forward.... wasn't a big point guy, but played with heart and never gave up.

If those are criteria Jared Docking becomes a factor...

The candidates are: Cadieux & Hince in goal, Rolls, Ward Smith, Corry, Grace & Roytman on defense and Clarke, Satim, Paul Kelly, Wilson, Riley Hill, Willock and maybe one other forward.

I think if Willock is deserving to be a candidate then you must include Kyle Kudroch.

I think most of us would agree on Cadieux, Rolls, Satim & Clarke. The other two spots are a little blurry. Joey Wilson & Riley Hill & Jared Docking at the other forward and Ryan Corry or Mike Grace on D. What do you guys think?

What about Ryan Busby '06? He was an upperclassman the first two years of this 10 year period. 126 career points (52 G and 74 assists) in 121 career games. Does that count or is he considered the previous decade?

Him or Wilson should be third forward.

If I had a vote it would be tough to choose between Corry and Grace though.

Grace was a pleasure to watch play the game. Just smooth and effortless when the puck was on his stick.

Agreed. He was the most dependable guy on the ice from the moment he first stepped on it. Just a great four years on the blue line.

Defense: Nick Rolls, Mike Grace, Bryan North, Ward Smith, Barry Roytman, Nick Jensen & Eric Greene
Forwards: Eric Satim, Dylan Clarke, Jared Docking, Joey Wilson, Paul Kelly, Ryan Busby, Phil Farrow, Riley Hill, Alex Jensen, Andrew Willock, Ben Kemp & Shane Remenda....

now THAT team should beat St. Norbert !!!

A lot of people forget about Bryan North...I always thought he was a solid and steady defenseman. Good choice!

However...I would love to hear an explanation for putting Ben Kemp on your team over Kudroch. Kemp was one of my favorites, on and off the ice, but realistically...

Actually, after I took a closer look back, Dave Friel would probably beat out either Ben or Kudroch. Friel was an excellent defensive player as well as scoring 60 goals in his career. I was always waiting for Kudroch to be a dominant player I guess, and it never seemed to happen. Maybe Kudroch over Remenda although I loved Shane's toughness.

You and I both forgot about Friel...I'd keep Remenda...his heart and toughness carried a sort of weaker team his senior year.

I didn't even note the time stamp on that. Why did he randomly decide to release that at that time? I imagine he was waiting for his coffee maker to go off, flipping through his iPhone and thought "******* it now's as a good a time as any."
