YIKES!! One would think at this level the organizers would get at least the FF banquet speeches correct....Speaker congratulated BC, BU, Minn and "Merryhurst"?!?!?!? and announced Mercyhurst stats at 19-6-1 (correct 29-6-1):confused:

It's hard to believe that there is not enough interest in Women's college hockey to televise these games in Minnesota when the Gopher's are 39-0? The Women's Hockey East championship game made it to the Bruin's flagship station. I would think if the NCAA were to televise the game NESN may pick it up with 2 Boston based teams playing. Very disappointing..

Isn't NESN already broadcasting the Men's Hockey East Tournament this afternoon and evening which would conflict with the women's games?

I suppose delayed broadcast could be used if they had the option.

Maybe slightly off topic but i have people messaging me asking if the video feed via NCAA link is free or if at game time there is a redirect to purchase the feed...Anyone know for sure???

Thanks TTT Last time we were at the FF so I didn't watch it online. Unfortunately have an appointment Sunday with DHS and Canadian Customs to renew Status..could cancel but then potentially miss my daughters graduation...Gotta be THERE..Best Wishes for your Eagles today

According to the Strib, Minnesota tried to get it televised but BTN could not work it out with the NCAA. Article: http://www.startribune.com/sports/gophers/199424721.html
