Should help fill some depth after Anderson's injury. Good to see. I don't remember recall one from the championship year, but this is the 3rd year in a row a D1 player has transfered to Oswego (Joel Kitchen in 07-08, Potter last year)

		 ) you would have to sit out until next year.  So, to answer the question raised earlier and norm and Andrew both said, the answer is yes.  Carr will be able to play just like Potter was able to play last year.  Before anyone cries that this post is redundant I thought I would give to reasoning as to why he can play now.
