I think open wheelers are no longer all that short anymore. The general population keeps getting taller for one thing. Ocon may not be a Russell height, but he's up there. Dixon is at least average height. There are other F1 drivers who I'm sure give headaches to the technical designers...

Given what he's most talented at, he should go to one of the underfunded team. So that the other driver can compete.
