I was on their site 15 minutes after tickets went on sale and both ohio state games were sold out. I love going to there place its a great atmosphere for college hockey.

Sometimes season ticket holders sell their seats back for games they won't be attending. Might be a long shot for the OSU game as it's senior night, but usually can't hurt to give the ticket office a call on the Monday before the game and see if they are releasing any seats.

So... great news (sorta).... Moving back from KC before the end of hockey season.... I was pretty pumped until the gf asked me... "if you were so mad at them last weekend, why are you excited to move home to watch them"..... great point by her... except for that this is the first time in 11 years I havent had season tickets.... Can't wait to get back.... hears to bringing good luck to the bucks!

I wouldn't say it was truely winless when we did earn some points. But yes, it could have been better.

Yes, we did get some points, but the fact is, we're 0-3-3, and we didn't get the extra point in any of those shootouts, so I am not seeing any wins there. Regardless of how you and I see the wins and losses, I am sure we would both agree that this team needs to get out of this slump and get back to the way they were playing before the break.

Agreed they have to pull out of the slump. It's all in their heads I'm sure so we'll see if coach can get their focus back.

I bought the Buckeye Vision pass and have watched almost every home game. I bought the RGB cable to connect the laptop to the TV and basically treat it like any other OSU sporting event. Get some good KC BBQ for carry out and then go home and slay beers while watching the Puck Bucks.... Not quite the same as season tickets, but it's not a bad environment... Will be great to be back at the Schott though..... and of COURSE will renew again next year. I attempted to get the local alumni assoc to have a watch party for the UM game on BTN, but a no go....

I am settling for the Missouri Mavericks as my source for live hockey....they do feature Charlie Effinger in net...and one Patrick Schafer....

Anyways... enjoy the weekend... be safe... and GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the new helmets were a BLESSING to the team the first half of the schedule. Now there a CURSE to the team the second half. LOL. " GO BUCKS GO. "

I hate to say it, but this weekend will in large part determine the regular season. We could stay in first or drop down as far as sixth in the standings depending on how well the Buckeyes play and what happens in the WMU, ND, Ferris and Fredo games.

Now is the time to sack up.

What a disappointment! Inexcuseable for the shot that scored for the Lakers to have gotten by Heeter. I didn't think the lakers played that well but the problem was neither did we. Lack of coherency and WAY to often shooting the puck as soon as we cross the blue line or even after we work it around we're taking shots from the perimeter. We need to take it in strong to the net with numbers for chances with any rebounds! :mad:

I didnt see the game but from your recap this is starting to look way to much like the end of last year. Shooting from so far out and not going to the net that became the norm for the last month and a half of last year. This is getting old and better turn around soon or this season will end on a sour note. Tomorrow for the first time in over 3 months they will wake up and not be in first place!

The Miami fans were lamenting their loss tonight on their thread. I told them they've got nothing to complain about compared to us, that we feel like that cruise ship that crashed on the rocks!

What happened to you guys? You guys were in cruise control, but now have hit rock bottom big time.

One thing is they are not creating enough bounces for themselves. As they did last year about this time all the shots are coming from outside the circles and those are just not going to beat my good goalies. When they are getting good chances around the net they are not finishing as they did in the first half of the seaosn. Way to many defensive break downs are happening now as well.
