Comcast doesn't have high speed where I live. They do about a half mile away, but not at my house. I looked into it, and the speed that they said I could get wasn't even enough to stream a youtube video. So I didn't get internet, since it wasn't worth the money when it was that slow. I just use my phone for internet.

I figured it was markings, but the only time I watch water polo is the olympics. They just explained it though with the foul rules, so I got it now.

Saw some of the soccer and very impressed with GB. I know there aren't a bunch of Man United fans, but Ryan Giggs is still the man. Very shocked Spain has lost twice. Senegal might cause a headache in the knockout stage.

Already insane, UAA making it worse
Olympic soccer lately is a bit interesting in that the Europeans tend not to dominate. In fact Spain is the last Euro team to win a Gold Medal back in 1992 (if you count the Women then it's Norway in 2000). Since then it's been Argentina, Cameroon, and Nigeria.

I did get an improvement today. I found an app to turn on wifi on my phone without paying Verizon $20 per month. So now I have internet to watch streaming Netflix on the TV, but I don't think there's an app thing on the TV for the olympics. But there's one for Amazon! So I can watch Breaking Bad! (**** you, Dish)

Ok, question. They are talking about how the US gymnasts are all putting up better vault scores than anyone else, but then only one of them is going for the event finals in vault? What am I missing here? If all of them are putting up that good of scores, why don't they all go for the event finals?

Interesting note between UAE and GB. Turns out there is history between the sides as former England manager Don Revie bolted for the UAE after failing to qualify for the Euros and World Cup with a talented side in the 70s. (They shoulda picked Brian Clough, but that's a different story for a different day.)

FoxFi is the name. I have it for Droid, I'm not sure if its available for other phones....and it may only be compatible with the newer droids, not sure about that.
