As I say, I rarely watch either. But I did find the Mr. Maddow segment about the capture of Whitey Bulger particularly amusing. He went on for an entire segment, mocking the feebs for advertising in ladies' magazines, hoping Whitey's squeeze would see them. Struck me as a bit of a reach, but Mr. Maddow (with his extensive law enforcement background) went much further, mocking, condescending, etc. Then a week or two later, Mr. Bulger got popped!. Now Mr. Maddow's entitled to his point of view. But it would have been nice if he'd had the cojones to admit he was wrong.
"News" organizations should follow the rules, no matter how big their audience.
How can there ever be any outrage with MSNBC when only twenty six people (relatives) watch it? They can say anything they want, nobody is listening or cares what they have to say. Fox has a large passionate audience.
