Obama XX: Maybe We'll Even Talk About Obama

Re: Obama XX: Maybe We'll Even Talk About Obama

Day after endless boring day, libtards come on here sniggering about the latest allegedly stupid thing uttered by either Palin or Bachmann. Giggling. Twittering. Tugging themselves. Overdosing on smugness. Day after endless boring day.

To me, it's similar to hyper masculine guys like bikers, braying about beating up "fags." Maybe they've got a reason, know what I mean? If you really are smarter than Palin/Bachmann, you shouldn't have to make up stupid stuff they've "said": "I can see Russia from my house." That was Tina Fey, but who cares, "we're on a roll."

This isn't exactly a new phenomenon, Dan Quayle was victimized in the same way. "I'm happy to be in Latin America, where everybody speaks Latin." Quayle didn't say that, it was more likely Richard Belzer.

To deny this phenomenon is to engage in massive self delusion. This is how libs operate. It's important for them to feel intellectually superior to their opponants, even if they aren't. And everyone in all 57 states understands.

The hypocritical umbrage you generate from your ivory tower is a hoot. A hoot I say!!

Ya know you all ruin the purpose of an ignore function by quoting the Old Crabmeister...stop ruining my life by making me see his drivel! :D ;) :p

Another memorable contribution. Hey, I've got an idea, why don't you tell that little story again about how I called you a Nazi, even though you're Jewish and you were agreeing with me! It's a sure fire crowd pleaser. Tug jobs all around.

He has you on ignore so he won't see this unless of course I quote it:D

Or maybe he cheats. :) Even allowing for hyperbole, suggesting that my posts are "ruining" his life conjures up images of Eddie Gein.

For the record I have two people on ignore...The Old Whiner and 5mn Major...it makes threads way shorter :D

Re: Obama XX: Maybe We'll Even Talk About Obama

Is that my cue to post the video of the South Carolina Miss USA contestant?

We've got people dumber than that in the house of representatives. At least Miss SC can say, "don't blame me, I only had to win a beauty contest to get here".

This is one of the best points you've ever made here. My wife works with the Members of our esteemed lower branch every day. After work it takes her a 30-minute rant and a glass of wine to calm down. This goes for both sides of the aisle -- you couldn't find a group with a lower average IQ if you went to the Fenway bleachers.

One of the truly scary realizations I've had in DC is these guys aren't just playing stupid so the boobs will "feel comfortable havin' a beer with them." A lot of them actually are stupid. Thankfully, most of the real prizes don't last long and spend their days as clueless back-benchers, but there's always a new crop of gorillas in every freshman class (both the 2006 Dem class and the 2010 GOP class are famous for their high percentage of complete dopes).

And yet 90 some odd percent get reelected every 2 years. Makes one wonder who are the idiots.

Who's wondering? ;)

Twas ever thus.

True enough. But there's more to it. A certain Luka Brasi-like focus on getting elected, then re-elected. Dumb or not, they're all really good at that. Craig Washington was elected to replace Mickey Leland (who had died in a mercy mission in Ethiopia) representing Houston. In his first media appearance as a Congressman-elect, he thanked the people of Houston for sending him to Congress "for 20 years." This dude was planning ahead. Turns out he didn't last quite that long and his horrific record led to a primary defeat. That was a mixed blessing, since the person who defeated him was Sheila Jackson Lee.

Anyway, Craig has settled into a post congressional legal career which includes IRS claims of over 600K in unpaid taxes and conviction for shooting at a couple of teenagers in a car. Nothing remarkable in that.

So you combine a certain lack of brain power with a ruthlessness that meant promotion in the Waffen SS, and you have the blueprint for "success" in Congress. And you wind up making speeches about how well North and South Vietnam are getting along.

The election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court is essentially a tie (50-50 with 34 precincts left to report). I predict we will now be inundated with talk of a mandate and either the validation or complete repudiation of Walker's budget when it was, in fact, it was a freaking tie. Talking heads will also predict either doom and gloom or rosy chances for Obama's re-election based on this result.

And why are there even elections for the Supreme Court?

Re: Obama XX: Maybe We'll Even Talk About Obama

Because we elect such vuckstains for governor we don't really want him or his henchmen loading the court. :)

You could just elect better governors :p

Re: Obama XX: Maybe We'll Even Talk About Obama

From the GB Gazette
10 precincts uncounted, Kloppernburg has 140 votes on Prosser. Almost futile at this pt cuz recall is imminent.

Yay! We get to do all this again! The TV stations welcome the advertising dollars.

Recount, pffft. This sucker's not over 'til it hits the Wisconsin supreme court and Prosser casts the deciding vote in his own favor.
