Not too long ago, I was watching a crime doc, and there was a guy who had just gotten out of prison after serving 10+ years of a 20-year sentence for attempted murder. He'd allegedly jumped the rail at the sentencing of a young woman who had stuck his car while DUI, resulting in the death of his wife and son. Her sentence was a few years' probation, and according to him, he doesn't remember anything between sitting behind the rail during the sentence annoucement, and literally choking this b*tch out. He was very hung up on her getting 3-5 years probation for killing two of his beloved, and him getting 20 years in prison for trying to met out his own justice.

Can you imagine that little wet in prison, not jail but prison. His mother is going to wish she hadn't helped that PO S leave.

I have this odd feeling he might get preferential treatment at the hands of the US justice system.

tl;dr: if they retry him as an adult, his juvenile offense history doesn't carry over to adult court but his outstanding juvenile court sentence must be honored. The max they could do right away would be either abide by the terms of his juvenile court sentence and confine him until he's 19, which would be ~120 days, or resentence him as an adult to prison for...120 days. However, if he ends up on adult probation and violates it he's looking at 40 years in prison. My head hurts.

Boston. If you're going to hide from the law, you either have to go full Unabomber/hide in a one room cabin in the middle of the forest mode, or you have to pick the largest metropolitan area you can. Everywhere else you will be recognized as a stranger and immediately be subject to suspicion.

I say that, in general. This clown, with his Texas accent, would stick out like a sore thumb in Boston as well. What he was thinking when he went to Mexico is beyond me. Probably should have headed for somewhere like Mobile, AL. Would have fit right in as a native.

I say skip extradition. Tell the Mexican authorities to do what they want to them for entering Mexico illegally, if in fact they did so. Maybe The Donald will have his wall built before they try to come back.

Residents here would go absolutely bonkers if that ever happened.

1) The town I live in isn't small, but it's not like they have the budget of Monte Carlo and yet there are fireworks every Friday and Saturday night and since a few days before Christmas every single night
2) There is an event here called, "PyroFest" in which competing teams vie to put up the best fireworks display - and it takes place over the course of 3 weekends
3) Tonight is going to be an absolute zoo. To the point people are encouraged not to use personal transportation as residents are apt to shoot bottle rockets, roman candles, etc. at anything that moves in the street. In MN you can barely buy a firecracker, here M80's are a right to life

Look I am not one of the ones who believe everything is racist...but if I was a black person watching this I would definitely see it a such.

If we're talking about consistency then why aren't they rolling out the Bearcats and the National Guard like in Ferguson?
