Holy Mother of God! Dartmouth has an office of "diversity and leadership." Calling Mr. Orwell. . . . .

Just to be on the safe side, Dartmouth students should dispose of their "Pork Chop Hill" blu rays. Plan on staying home for any performance of "Madame Butterfly." And forget about that Charlie Chan festival.

Just a few days ago we learned that KSigs at Duke were in trouble up to their lips for having an Asian themed party. They distributed e-mails aping Kim Jong Il in "Team America." And some of them posed for photos wearing "conical" hats. Oh, the humanity. Better not watch "Tora, Tora, Tora" on the Military Channel, guys. And stay away from "The Mikado" and Mr. Moto.

Of course.....stopping Saturday mail delivery is RACIST and SEXIST!

Give me a *** break!
If it is racist and sexist to stop Saturday deliveries because that will mean trimming a work force that is disproportionately minority and female, doesn't that mean that the USPS is itself sexist and racist since they haven't hired men and whites in appropriate percentages? Maybe the white men who haven't been hired should start a class-action lawsuit.

Student gets deserved C+ in college class, sues school for $1.3 million

The latest example of some freeloading entitled waste of space, thinking she should be handed everything in life. I'm going to puke.

This is why I downright loathe being called a Millennial. It means I automatically get lumped in with people like this biatch.

I'd switch to Gen X, but then I'd be stuck with Kurt "Make Good Life Choices" Cobain as my spokesman. And I can't be a Boomer for about 74000 reasons.

Re: Nice Planet, Part 2: A-holes on parade

MilBloggers and the new media are calling BS on the Esquire story about the supposed SEAL that offed UBL and that he has no benefits after supposedly leaving the Navy.

Thanks for the links. I confess my radar must need some adjusting, I wasn't particularly suspicious of the story at all. And should have been. This "winter soldier" barnyard excrement is, of course, a proud contribution of our new Secretary of State to the national conversation on military matters. H*ll, if I'd just paid any attention, and realized this outfit was from berkeley I would have realized something was going on.

The Winter Soldier Investigation

----------

"On January 31, 1971, members of Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW) met in a Detroit hotel to discuss war crimes they claimed to have participated in or witnessed during their combat tours in Vietnam. During the next three days, more than 100 Vietnam veterans and 16 civilians gave anguished, emotional testimony describing hundreds of atrocities against innocent civilians in South Vietnam, including rape, arson, torture, murder, and the shelling or napalming of entire villages. The witnesses stated that these acts were being committed casually and routinely, under orders, as a matter of policy.

In April, the VVAW stormed Washington in a week-long protest. At its height, spokesman John Kerry* went before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations to accuse the United States military of committing massive numbers of war crimes in Vietnam. The appearance launched Kerry's political career. The charges he made shocked and sickened a nation, changed the course of a war and stained the reputation of the American military for decades.

But the mass murder of civilians was never American policy in Vietnam. War crimes were the exception, not the rule. And the Winter Soldier tribunal itself -- which John Kerry had helped moderate -- turned out to be "packed with pretenders and liars." "

*Kerry testified out of uniform, wearing ribbons on his class C uniform. Subsequently he claimed to have thrown away his medals (during a photo-op) but admitted later that he had only thrown away the ribbons. John Kerry is a liar by the clock. And the worst sort of opportunist. Furthermore, he inflicted on an innocent America the official Yalie pronunciation of Genghis Khan's name: "jen jis." Before or since, have you ever heard anyone pronounce it that way?

Larry Bird's son has some anger management issues.

The son of former Boston Celtics star Larry Bird was arrested after he allegedly tried to run over his ex-girlfriend with his car.

Conner Bird, 21, was taken into custody by the Indiana University police department Sunday, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Dorner in a fire-fight in Big Bear area. Online San Bernardino County Sheriff scanners are all offline. FNC reporting officers have been shot.

No. No. NO!!! Only drones can be used to kill US Citizens. Get with the program!

It depends, I guess, on whether his name appears on a presidential 3X5 card.

Here's the good news: this story ends here. No more innocent victims. He either lives or dies. And if he dies, either he does it by his own hand or the cops do it. And if he has no hostages, he's dead meat. I'd imagine the odds favor suicide.
