There was a case a few years ago in MN (going off of memory), where some senior in HS had sex with his girl, a freshman, 18 v 15 years old, and despite their efforts, he was charged with statutory rape. And was convicted as a sex offender.

Yeah.

Yeah, but thats a technicallity that says he's not allowed legally to put his HooHooDilly into her Cha-Cha. She was willing for it, and thats what doesn't make it Rape Rape, only Statutory rape.

Though I graduated in '02, I'm not one of them :p Never even had her as a teacher.

Although one of my old high school vice principals got busted for kiddie porn, so it's probably 50/50 he spanked it to pictures of me in a cross country uniform :eek:

With apologies for going off topic, as a former thinclad you should check out "The Long Green Line" on Hulu or You Tube. It's the story of Joe Newton, who coaches at York HS outside Chicago. 26 state championships and 22 national titles. He gets over 200 kids to come out for XC!

Well considering the brother and father have been charged, theres at least a reasonable amount of evidence against them. If you don't like the first article, heres one from the NY Post:

"her career could be ruined"... well, maybe if you hadn't beaten the girl there wouldn't be this problem... I love the comment on the family... is it because they tried to just slightly maim her or will it be because they carry the shame of having it known that the girl is a "slut"?

olympic swimmer, jenny thompson, attacked in boston

Brookline police Lieutenant Philip Harrington said the victim was traveling on a scooter in the area of Harvard and Verndale streets shortly before 10 p.m. when a dark colored vehicle, possibly a Toyota Corolla, pulled up behind her with its headlights out. Harrington said two males exited the car and the victim told them the lights were out.

One of the assailants said, "Your lights are out" and punched her in the face, Harrington said.

CNN reporting that Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for not attending her alcohol classes.

Someone post the fail horn, I can't because I'm at work.

It's all over Twitter. Apparently CNN carried it live, and she started bawling when she was sentenced.
