Vancouver dropped the theatrics tonight, and both teams decided to play hockey.

Game 6 LA vs Vancouver is one terrific game.

Congratulations LA!

Pittsburgh and Vancouver both eliminated on the same day. The air smells so much nicer without them around.

Looks like the Canucks fans are trying to say their player was tripped or otherwise taken down on that final play. However, replay clearly shows the Canuck grabbed the Kings player's stick and was dragged down.

Tonight I played hockey against a bunch of dicks who are Canucks fans (and got eliminated from playoff contention when we lost to them), so it was satisfying to see them get eliminated too. Now if the Caps and Panthers will just take care of business...

Statistics! and Priceless lead with 51 and I'm in 3rd just 5 points back. (The maximum possible so far is 79 with a guaranteed 5 more coming for picking the Bs-Caps series to go 7.)

Kepler is the only poster to pick the incorrect winner in all 4 of the completed series.

No one picked the Sens and only MavHockey14 picked the series to go 7. Rimbaud was the only person to pick the Caps to advance. He, MountieBoyOz, and lugnut92 are all guaranteed 5 more points on Wednesday. cnor and RKarger were the only two players to pick the Panthers in 6, so they can both make up some big ground if Tuesday's game goes their way.

In the Yotes-Blackhawks series, only 3 people picked Phoenix. cnor will also get the bonus 5 points if Phoenix can finish off the series.

That's what I saw too. Can't really blame the Canuck for trying. In fact I'll give him credit for quickly grasping the situation and trying desperately to draw a penalty. But it was a good non-call.

I can't stand the people who say these types of things as if it makes a potential loss feel that much better or say they can be the first one that "knew" it just wasn't meant to be.

We ain't dead yet!
