Rangers couldn't put a beach ball into a soccer goal. The series is over as far as I'm concerned. This team can't score to save its life. Hank can't shutout everyone every night.

The Blues are an efficiently boring well oiled machine built to barely win every game. Good luck to whomever they play in the next round.

That summed the season up nicely.

Offense blows, Niemi plays excellent.

Offense appears, Niemi craps his pants and lets out rebounds that 9 year old girls could capitalize on.

Lotta soul searching to do for the next couple months. Maybe try convincing SVSE not to have a two week tennis tournament that requires the Sharks to play an 11 game road trip in late January that escalates into a half-season collapse.

If the Blues win the Cup (*knocks on wood*), at least I can say that Michigan Tech might very well be the only team to ever score two goals on two shots against Brian Elliott.

The Blues are very boring, but I don't mind San Jose being eliminated because I can't let things go. :)

And my Over/Under bet on the number of total OT's in the Playoffs is in great shape. I picked Over 18 1/2 I believe.
