New England has the Raiders' 2011 first-rounder, so hopefully this works out poorly for them.

I like Mayock a lot but here's an issue with draft coverage: Jacksonville picks Alualu and here's Mayock praising the kid up and down. He's this, he's that, he's a great kid -- one of his favorite picks! What a great selection!

I'm looking at Mayock's top 20 players, posted 24 hours ago on NFL.com, and he's not on the list.

So what gives?

Did Al Davis buy the Jags when we weren't looking? They could have traded down 15 spots, gotten a couple of additional picks, and still taken him. The huge first reach of the day.

In Mayock's defense he did nail eight of the top ten in his final mock, missing out only on Nos. 8 and 10.

He is not strong in the weight room, but he is functionally strong with pads on.

This is now getting interesting.

San Diego gives up a second and fourth (as well as their first) to get Mathews.

The Eagles have now moved up to get, according to NFLN, Earl Thomas (my choice for the Pats).

Bad move by the Chargers. They give up their first and a high second, and their fourth to move up to 12, the Broncos give up two third round picks and their first to move to 13.

That high second round pick is close to a first round pick, this is a stupid move by Smith.

Not as much as you would think on the surface.

Lynch is awful and is not an even close to quality NFL running back now...He is fat and washed up and has a terrible attitude.

Fred Jackson...love him but he will never be an every down feature NFL running back.

CJ Spiller is Chris Johnson-esque in every facet of the game. He is a bonafide playmaker and gives the Bills an instant weapon offense.

Sure they need a QB and a line...but as the Patriots and Giants have shown, you can draft an outstanding NFL line in the later rounds of the draft.

They can still get a QB too...I'd be happy with McCoy, who could end up falling all the way till their second round pick.

If they really want, they can trade up and try and get Clausen in this round.

He's a good player...but he is not a feature back and cannot carry the load for an NFL team for 16 games carrying the ball 20-25 times a game. He can't do it.

I'd love it if we could unload Lynch...but I dont know if it will happen. He isn't worth much anymore nowadays.

I'm trying to figure out who this guy is. He played two years at two different community colleges?
