NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

1. Is any reporter going to ask Wilson why God wanted him to comeback against the Packers but not win the Super Bowl from two yards out?
2. I don't care if the Seahawks won last year. That play call alone should make them known as the new Buffalo Bills forever and eternity. Not going to the most powerful back in the league from six feet away is worth at least five straight Super Bowl losses.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

Collinsworth was dead on to be so bewildered by that play call. Who calls something that complex (and evidently, a known trick in your playbook, if a rookie knew the tendency) when you're on the 1 yard line?

When Collinsworthless is bewildered by your play call....you in trouble.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

The ball was officially at the 1-yard line. It was the only interception thrown from the 1-yard line all season.

That loss couldn't happen to a bigger set of dicks.

In particular Richard Sherman for being the biggest one and showing no class at all and flashing #24 during the game on his fingers and other stuff before the game with his big mouth.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

One thing i was screaming about was belichick letting the clock run down...couldn't believe he didn't use a timeout

I thought Belichick would let them score so Brady could have a minute to try to set up a field goal

I got to admit Richard Sherman losing was icing on the cake, I think his act is pretty funny at times but it gets old and him thinking the game is won at 24-14 is one of those times. what a ********

Argh. So depressing, but at least this is still funny. If it weren't, I'd worry.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

It seems like Seattle's biggest problem was there predictability. And I think I can see Russell Wilson's shortcomings as a quarterback because I'm not sure I once saw him look off a safety, or otherwise take a read of a defense, during a pass play.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

Between Matthews (Kentucky) and Butler (where????), this showed that you don't need a big time football school to be a big player in the Super Bowl. Again.

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

Between the circus catch and the pick that was an unbelievable finish to the game. I was waiting for Al Michaels to say Do you believe in miracles? … Yes!”

...and now God punishes the cheaters and their followers with another foot+ of snow. (personally, i'd settle for locusts)

Re: NFL 2015: Let's Talk About Balls

The game earned a 49.7/72 - both records. In both Boston and Seattle the game drew an 89 share. 89% of TVs were tuned into the Super Bowl...which makes me wonder what else people were watching....
