You know, the Bears should have just sat everyone down at the start of the season and said "Look. We're sucking for Luck. We need this. Imagine this team with a 1st-tier QB for the next decade. It's worth the 1 year."

So, MN's long-snapper was injured today, and Jared Allen had to assume the role. Chris Kluwe (punter) chimed in about that:

I will say though, it was quite distracting to try and concentrate on the ball when presented with the chiseled ass cheeks of Jared Allen.

Know what would be hilarious? Kubiak calls up Favre. I'd do it just to spite the football gods at this point.

Paul Charchian of KFAN just said Favre to Houston was a possibility.

To those who don't know Charch...this has roughly the credibility of an Ecklund trade rumor.
