Why would they give me RedZone free? :confused:

What annoys me is the commercial for 5 months free if you buy Sunday Ticket. They don't mention its for new customers only. That would save me another $15 a month + more channels if I could get that deal.

I am getting HD free for 2 years. That is pretty sweet.

I called to cancel Sunday Ticket because "my friend got season tix" so I figured I'd get it for half off...the CSR I talked to was not a football fan, had no sense of humor and engaged in zero chit-chat....then processed my cancellation. There are times I want that kind of service but I manage to get it the one time I didn't!

Why would they give me Red Zone for free?

Since you want to make the Bills Canada's Team, you should allow us to play with 12 players, have 2 people in motion and the wider field. Just to make it fair.

I called on Monday telling them that I was thinking of switching to Fios for everything because Fios was cheaper than DTV and they had RedZone and DTV did not unless I wanted to mortgage the house to pay for Sunday Ticket.

Lady gave me $20 off for 6 months, told me Verizon will give me $20 off because they bundle DTV, gave me RZ for free, and canceled Center Ice. Took 10 minutes.
