Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Yes, but it's well-documented that your league is stupid so nobody cares. :p

And again, I apologize if we don't get 1/3 of a point for every tackle, with a 1/2 point bonus if it's in the redzone, and it's a point bonus if it's also in the 4th quarter.:p

That sounds dumb, seems like the kind of thing you WOULD have in your league. :p

What the hell kind of league are you even talking about? Where does that happen? Other than you imagination that is.

So to me both the Vikings and Saints stunk. The Packers are going to the Super Bowl. How sad.

It's pretty much what Yahoo scoring is, if you don't customize it. :p

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Favre and his receivers need time to figure each other out, it's no different than last year at this time. Only difference the Vikings didn't face a team this good in the 1st game. Too bad the O couldn't pull it out for the D, although a forced turnover now and again would help.

Any my god the reffing was bad but no I am not blaming the refs for the loss.

I don't know the Time Of Possession, but ESPN said BrettFavre didn't complete a pass in the 3rd quarter. That's astounding.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

It was called both ways on the field and clearly it was a catch. Que sera, sera.
clearly jimmy got his hands under the ball on what in real time appeared to be a short hop but it was not clearly a catch. The replay was not indisputable video evidence that the ball never touched the ground...it is quite possible that the ball bounced up off his hands, hit is body and it the ground before he completely controlled it. Now I highly doubt thats what the back judge "saw" to change the ruling on the field to incomplete but I'm sure thats why the replay did not change the final ruling on the field...Im sure the back judge thought he saw it hit the ground between jimmy's hands.

Totally one of those rare plays where it tests even the video "evidence." And in this day of being able to see every angle in super slo-mo, the criticism of refs will only grow.

That being said, is every angle that the general TV public sees available to the refs in the peep-curtain?
