Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

The guy who wouldn't trade me Kyle Orton? (Which was a reasonable decision, of course, but asking for Johnson for him was ridiculous.) Carrying two defenses, and two running backs, and one of his running backs is Mike Bell.

Thank you San Diego special teams for being absolutely worthless today. It might just cost me the game. Danke.

Amazing. Collins with 4 INT and a passer rating of 6.2, yet the Bears win the game 23-6. Carolina is that bad.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Anyone wondering why the Packers won't make the Super Bowl this year will just have to look at this game to know why.

The Packers are atrocious at staying out of penalty trouble.

They also enjoy leaving points on the field.

Then again, I don't get goal line strategy. I mean... you take a team that puts in its goal line defense... all these big guys and play like you're going to run up the middle. So what do you do? Run up the middle. DUH! And, since it didn't work on 2nd or 3rd down, let's do it on 4th down too.

Ooof..

That's ok. GB needed to lose this one.

And I'm happy that Crosby hit the crossbar on that field goal. I think that the idiotic play calling needed to be emphasized instead of Crosby bailing out their backsides.

That whole game was ridiculous.

I know that injuries played a role in our defense today (and so did Woodson feeling like he's entitled to grabbing recievers by the shoulder pads), but the offense has no excuses.

Rodgers was making a lot of questionable decisions with the ball (that last INT was just a poor throw), and he was getting no favors from the line.

The only consolation is that this was no where near as disgraceful and shameful as the loss to the Bears was. This team needs a wake up call badly, and I was hoping that the loss to Chicago was it. Appearantly not.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

if the packers and bungals were f 'ed... i'd be 8-1 right now

(with ten, oak, & no for 4p games...:( )

They don't call him Erin for nothing. First it was the gayest celebration in the history of the NFL after their 1st TD (a truly Sallyesque hop and first pump), then turning his back to the pile at the goal line during a QB sneak, and finally crying for a foul when cleanly hit on the INT play in OT. :D
