NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

I believe it is an NFL rule that 5 seconds runs off on a kick. Goes back to when the Pats beat the Rams in the Super Bowl when like 8 seconds ran off on a 40 some yard field goal.

If so, then thank you.

The Packers were undisciplined, should have let Chi score the td, and blah blah blah. They gave Chi the game.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Why would I be kidding? It has nothing to do with the Packers as I always 'liked' Favre, but Rogers makes me want to punch him in the face.

I have no idea, hence my question. I liked Favre, but have lost more and more respect for him every year since the Strahan debacle. ARodg has done everything right, isn't a prima donna little whiny beetch like Cutler/Rivers, and has some game (which is an understatement).

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

I wouldn't say the Bears are great or anything. But this is exactly how they went to the Super Bowl several years ago. Play opportunistic defense, make big plays on special teams and the offense does just enough.

NFC best teams are Philadelphia and Green Bay. But Chicago has to be in the conversation if they keep winning.

17 Penalties for GB. That is not the best way to win a game.

I wouldn't take New Orleans out of that discussion yet.

NO, GB, Philly, and Chicago are all solid.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

I'd question Philly being among the best teams. Are they ahead of New Orleans?
I mean, they've beaten the Lions and the Jags.

Why should I like someone just because they are talented? It has nothing to do with the obvious talent and everything to do with he comes across as a big-headed punk with a soul patch mama shaves for him. As for having game let me know the next time he wins one that matters.

re: the NFC - the Vikings still have one of the best defenses, by far the best RB in the conference and if they can get their passing game in order will still be a team to beat when it comes down to the end.

Technically shouldn't the refs have allowed the last play to continue because a defensive penalty could still occur...
