Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

well one thing to remember about Vick is he actually went to jail, served his time and fought his way back.
Agreed. I am much more likely to accept Vick as a legit NFL star after he served his debt to society and worked his way back to a starting position. I hope he stays on the right track and he gets the credit if he doesn't screw up again.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

Or that Vick was involved in dog-fighting (not sure if anyone posted the "Top Dog" headline that ran in a Philly paper).

Or that Ray Lewis might have been involved in a murder.

Jury is still out on whether Big Ben will get the same kind of forgiveness.

*note: even though, while sketchy, Ben was never charged with anything this last time. Just sayin'.

Re: NFL 2010 - Cap & Trade

I think the reason he's not suspended yet is because of the difference between the player's code of conduct and the substance abuse policy. I don't think you can use one as evidence of trouble when figuring out a punishment for the other.

Mike and Mike were talking about it this morning. Apparently this all changes if he pleads no contest, guilty, or is found guilty.

A chewed up one courtesy of the dog that was retrieving them at Boise St. last night.

I wish I could find a picture.

They should take both the Lions and Vikings out behind the Metrodome and shoot them.

Is BrettFavre really that senile that this game is still tied? Has his Alzheimer's-addled mind forgotten that he's supposed to dominate the Lions?

He thinks he's shooting another Wranglers commercial.
